Artificial intelligence, digitalisation and sustainability are transforming work in tourism across Europe. What skills do tourism professionals need today, and which will become essential by 2030?

FuTourAlliance invites people working in tourism to take part in a survey exploring current skills and future training needs. Your contribution will help shape training programmes and inform the Destination Europe 2030 Sectoral Skills Strategy. The survey focuses on you as an individual: your work, your experience and your views. By sharing your perspective, you can help identify skills gaps and priorities for developing Europe’s tourism workforce.
