Sauna specialists Greta and Konradas will shatter all myths about the sauna and even turn the staunchest skeptics into enthusiasts of this practice. During the evening, you’ll discover how many misconceptions and downright false claims are made about the sauna – that you must endure unbearable heat, that the sauna door must remain closed at all times, that it’s EXTREMELY hot, that it’s merely a place for bathing or partying, and many other ideas that tarnish its true image.

It’s wonderful to see sauna culture evolving, with more and more people becoming interested in and rediscovering the sauna – a sauna that isn’t a chamber of torture, but rather a space that relaxes, enchants with gentle, soothing warmth, liberates, and rejuvenates. Simply put, you have to try it.

We will share the enduring history of the Lithuanian steam sauna tradition, conduct a ritual sauna program, and teach you the proper etiquette so that after the sauna you feel more in tune with yourself, having shed tension, fears, and stress.

The sauna is available for rent only with our guided program. We do not rent the sauna without the program and our sauna attendant.
